In Nigeria, orders are paid cash on delivery after you inspect the sealed package. In other supported African countries, payment is made through a secure payment link sent by SMS after phone confirmation. We do not accept liability for payment issues arising from third-party processors.

Delivery timelines vary by location — typically 24–72 hours within Nigeria and 5–10 business days for other African countries. Delays caused by courier partners, customs, or circumstances outside our control are not guaranteed but we will keep you informed.
6. 30-Day Guarantee
If you are not satisfied after 30 days of consistent use, contact our support team for a full refund. No return of the product is required. The guarantee applies to one refund per customer and is available in every country we deliver to.
